Capital Party Hire – Delivery Rates

We pride ourselves at Capital in having, simple, easy to understand, transparent, no hidden extras delivery rates.

Our standard (weekday) delivery fee, per van load is $50 (within 10 k’s). Our Saturday/Sunday standard delivery fee is $65.

Our standard (weekday) collection rate, per van load is $50 (within 10k’s). Our Saturday/Sunday standard collection fee is $60.

Over 10k's, we charge mileage at $2 (one way) per kilometre to deliver and $2 (one way) per kilometre to collect (as we don't charge mileage for the first 10k’s).

The only exception is: chairs over 60 are $1 each extra.

The delivery and collection rate may be negotiable for very local or small hires.

So, simply google maps the distance from your house / venue to 64 Sugar Road, Maroochydore, say it’s 20k’s. The first 10 are free, so 10 x $2 per k = $20 plus $50 set rate equals $70 delivery plus $70 if you want collection. Please note: Delivery is to your front door or if a high rise to the elevator, however we do our best to be helpful, especially to the elderly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For delivered hires we usually ask you to pay one week in advance. If you need to cancel there is usually no charge for cancellations provided we have 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, we usually give a full refund unless we have already loaded the van or sub hired an item etc. Picked up hires are usually paid on collection. If you cancel your hire, we ask you to please let us know. The only exception to the above policy is DECEMBER hires.
